OUR PROCESSING
GRINDING
Metal grinding is the finishing operation performed on mechanical components at their raw state. This process aims to achieve particular levels of roughness on the treated surfaces.
Grinding is carried out using abrasive belts with various coarsness depending on the smoothness level required. It is a very delicate moment of the production cycle, because the operator manually removes any unwanted parts from the piece, therefore high precision is involved.
SOLVENT WASHING
Solvent washing is an operation that eliminates from the treated components all the residuals from previous manufacturing processessing. This treatment is increasingly required, because it ensures a product free from any kind of pollution, making it suitable for new processing steps, such as chromium plating and painting.
